Julie Swart - Committee Members - SAPSF

Julie started pole dancing in 2005 upon returning from a trip to the UK. She felt that she had a new found freedom for her body and mind! She started to shed unwanted kgs and gradually became more confident in herself. Julie had found her passion and wanted to learn everything she could about pole fitness.

She has trained and even competed with many famous international pole fitness performers. Julie has performed in many events, competitions and in corporate functions in South Africa, as well as overseas.

Julie is the director and lead instructor at Vertical Vixen Studios in Johannesburg, South Africa offering pole fitness classes to people of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds and gender.

Julie feels that the pole fitness industry in South Africa has huge potential, it has so much to offer on a local and international scale and it should be represented as such.
