The Annual IPSF Endorsed National Pole & Aerial Championship

The SAPSF is excited to announce that the National Pole and Aerial Championship will take place on 9 and 10 May 2026 in Gauteng. The venue will be confirmed.

NPAC ENTRIES AND FORM SUBMSSION ARE NOW TO THE NEW IPSF DIGITAL PLATFORM

The SAPSF has officially transitioned to the IPSF App for the 2026 season. This upgrade isn’t just about going digital; it’s about empowering our athletes. By moving to an integrated electronic system, we are ensuring a smoother, more intuitive submission process designed to catch errors before they happen—minimizing technical deductions and allowing you to focus entirely on your performance.

2Sign UpCreate an ATHLETE account. Complete your details and select SAPSF as your federation.

⚠️ Critical Deadlines

13 MARCH 2026: Your basic entry must be created and paid for. No entries will be accepted after this date.

  • 10 APRIL 2026: Deadline to complete all remaining sections, including uploads.

  • Electronic Forms: All theme sheets and forms are now completed digitally within the app. No more paper—just pure performance!

💡 Tip for 2026

You can save your entry as a draft while you finalize your routine! However, ensure all electronic forms and theme sheets—now handled entirely within the app—are fully completed by the 10 April final deadline.

POLICIES

International Pole and Aerial Sports Federation (IPSF) endorsed

IPSF judging rules, regulations and scoring have been carefully created by the IPSF technical committee in conjunction with the pole community, to promote fair and transparent judging.

Elite Sport and Professional Artistic athletes could qualify to represent their country at the IPSF World Pole & Aerial Championships taking place 27 October to 1 November 2026 in Prague, Czech Republic. More than 40 countries are represented at the World Championship.

ANTI- DOPING CERTIFICATE

All Elite Sport and Professional Artistic athletes must complete the free International-Level Athletes Education Program through the Anti-Doping Education and Learning platform (ADEL). For athletes under the age of 12, a parent will be required to complete the course. Once you have completed the course, you will be issued a certificate. All athletes are encouraged to complete the course, but it remains compulsory for Elite Sport and Professional Artistic athletes.
