ABOUT SENDING YOUR SCORE FORMS FOR POLE SPORTS (score forms are not required for Artistic Pole!)
If you are entering the Gauteng Provincials or entering the National Pole Sports and Artistic Pole Competition 2018 by video entry, you need to send fully completed score forms (only for Pole Sports Divisions).
These score forms must be in Word Document format. Please ask me if you do not have the Word Document forms. Or you can download these on our website. Under the ‘downloads tab’.
If you need help completing the forms please contact me a few days prior to the deadlines. I will be happy to assist you!

23rd February is the deadline for the Gauteng Provincials score forms.
4th March is the deadline for video entry score forms.
Please note that these score forms are not necessarily the score forms you will use for the final event ‘National Pole Sports & Artistic Pole Competition 2018’ on 5th & 6th May. A later deadline will be confirmed with all finalists to send their score forms prior to the national finals.
