Q: Are there any compulsory moves or guidelines for Pole Art SA 2017?
A: We are proud to uphold and promote your freedom of expression in Pole Art SA 2017. There are no compulsory or recommended moves or prohibited moves in any division!
Please use the scorecard to guide your preparations for entry and for the final event. We can email you a PDF containing information including the scorecard. Alternatively visit one of our web pages.
Here is our playlist from last year so you have an idea about the type and level of moves used.
Please bear in mind the fact that we do not know what to expect from next year’s event. We have hosted a national competition every year since 2011 and each year we are thrilled by the ever-increasing standards.
We hope to see innovative and creative choreography as well as original pole moves and combinations.
In this competition theme portrayal, showmanship and musicality are just as important as the pole moves. The winners from last year displayed a high level of skill across all elements. Each of which is laid out in the scorecard available online or in PDF format.
We look forward to your entry.
Please send me any questions you have regarding the entry process. (info@thepolestudio.co.za)
